Dear Earth Spirit

i have been away for several weeks and not on Bring4th at all and am reading now. I send you so much love. I have a feeling this is going to get slowly much better, and so much love for you here on this site.

When I was young I thought same thing too... meditating saved me, which i knew nothing at the time I just started to sit down and listen to the noises of a public garden intensely and somehow was on my way. Perhaps you might try that too... it seemed like my soul was just observing me behind my spine, doing that, I know it sounds weird !! and it was full of love towards me so much it would make me cry... Wink
