The Central Sun is also a Central Blackhole?
Thats a good question to think about.
It would possibly depend on concentrated mass. The black holes in our universe generally come to being after mass concentrating in a relatively tiny (for the mass) volume. Like a sun running out of energy to burn, going supernova and collapsing on itself.
Thus its hard to say. If it is a massive star as we know, it could possibly theoretically collapse on itself at the end of its lifetime, possibly after going supernova. Would that be the start of the end of our octave, is another question.
Or is it a supermassive structure, a blackhole or something like a blackhole and its emanations keep our space expanding, is another question.
What we can conclude by combining what Ra said and what we know from current knowledge in theoretical physics is that

Black hole is a point where creation merges with the creator, that being intelligent infinity

Which would not mean the central sun, but intelligent infinity which could be described as the first thing below infinity, differentiated infinity, or simply vibrating water. That would not mean a central sun.
Judging from this:

After all of creation joins with intelligent infinity at the end of the octave, all these entities concentrate on a central sun, which then creates the octave.
So then we join intelligent infinity through black holes, then when all is again merged with intelligent infinity, we form a massive sun which then creates the next octave like a heartbeat.
