If I'm not totally mistaken, most LL sources say that Earth itself has already transitioned to 4d. Or at least is very well underway.
It's the people that haven't really caught up.

Traumatizing things, both Earth based and Spirit based, are predicted by both Ra and the transcripts.
Severity unpredictable.

Its already pretty wild and unpredictable. In my not mental health related field I already feel I am mostly there doing spiritual triage as even the most sheltered and protected are struggling deeply in resent months, at least where I am. I don't know how much increased trauma/catalyst could be used appropriately but I guess we will find out.

Should you choose to believe Q is on the level, then it's main job is to see to it that the trauma is minimized as much as possible. Slowly disseminating information that builds on  previous information.
As Q said early on, if people saw it all at once it would put 99% of them in the hospital.
It's all very complicated.

I do trust the Q'uo channelings and think the channelings are helpful in that regard for sure.

It's not much of a stretch to see this as a major battle for Earth between The Confederation and the Orion Empire.

Let that reality sink in.

I don't see myself as at war with Orion, they are one with the creator too, if they win some at harvest then it is those facets of us that needed to go with them to explore. I sure hope its not many facets of us walking that path because it is a painful and difficult path, one I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy if I actually believed anyone was my enemy.

Q admonishes prayer more than once. So S/He apparently sees Power there.

Can you at least cover the basics with friends and family when you sense they need assistance?

If you see yourself as a Wanderer or Lightworker then the time may be near that you can put what you are to the test.

Every day in every moment I try, we all have moments we step into fear and the heart closes for a second but for sure when the opportunity presents it self I do my best. Self love is pretty important too. The "war" as referred I think is mostly an internal battle.
Everyone fighting inside to remember and bring out their own light.
