You think they wouldn't have programs developed and ready to enact for just such an occasion?

No, they don't have programs ready to go. We have to fix it ourselves. NO ONE is coming from a UFO with grand plans on how we will reorganize ourselves. We have to come up with that ourselves. It's just us. "Free will", remember? They may be able to offer some ideas, but we still have the free will to destroy ourselves if we so desire too, after the Orion group is diminished. All the division needs to be healed by airing differences and arriving at consensus and peace. The expectation that government is the solution for virtually any problem needs to go away as well.

(You need to also note that the "good guys", or "white hats" as you call them, have NOT had control of the money printing presses for quite a while. Projects that require lots of money that are purely "good" have historically not been done by the "good guys".)

Perhaps they can help with technology, but do we, individually and collectively, have the wisdom to properly use that technology? Free will..

The whole notion that someone is coming in to fix our world is clever CIA propaganda designed to take away each individual's personal initiative to make positive change. If someone else is doing it for you, you are just switching the boss that is ruling over you, and not being your own boss of your own affairs. That is the reality of the situation.

Just from the perspective of building a fourth density governance structure (which I know something about), we have a huge challenge ahead of us. 99%+ of the people are not ready for that. There will need to be a lot of education. You cannot give something to somebody if they are not ready for it.

That is the truth, even though it would be unpopular. Fourth density positive could be thought of as a cooperative, peaceful chaos, whereas today, we live in the enforcement/money/control state. The difference is night and day.

My point is, expecting this to be easy or to take a shorter time than expected is setting yourself up for disappointment. We have an immense challenge ahead of us with this shift. Q's original premise in posting to 4chan was to have them help reach the people who aren't ready to hear the truth, which is definitely most people at the current time. You allude in your original post that even many people here are not ready to hear the truth. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. It's only the start.
