Ive been in very crappy situations before and its kinda your on stage.... and instead of saying your lines.... you are that being and you feel that being and you say and do as you mean........ I would also say that all the energy in your body is going through your chakras and it can either stay at your root... your sacral or etc but when you feel it... that energy raises to your heart.... when you say it and mean it... that energy rises to your throat chakra.... because when I was in these situations that were undesirable and perceived as negative If I just let it be as it was who knows but when I spoke my truth and all the love came out... I would have very profound levels of consciousness.
