What kind of energy exchanges? Like sexual? I think that’s what you said in my last thread. I don’t have any experience with working with unseen beings, that I’m aware of. I would count that as work/practice.

I really need to start my dream journal. It has been the hardest thing for me to accomplish thus far, establishing a dream journal.
