Yes, correct Infinite. That is how I interpret sub-planes within the physical as well: planes of consciousness.
Ra mentioned that many people, in response to the 4D Light, have dropped down to orange ray, 3.2. This would be the emotional / feeling type. Emotions are dominant.
Then, There are others who are involved in social organizations, politics, university, etc who could be classified as 3.3 (density, subplane/chakra). This can also be the intellectually minded types. Above 3.3, individuals are polarized or polarizing.
There are those coming from 4th ray, the open heart, who love without reservation and do so unconditionally. These would be spiritual seekers of truth. Individuals who are ready for fourth density.
3.5 is harder to classify, imo. I would say these are leaders, in the general sense of the word. They can either be positive or negative, but these individuals are very wise. Village elders is another example.
3.6,3.7 are the adepts. They’re in third density, and they’re operating from the sixth / seventh chakra. Still hard to classify, and I wouldn’t expect to meet many who are 3.6 or 3.7. But they are certainly there.
And for the sake of completing this outline, I would say 3.1 corresponds to those who’ve just left the animal kingdom. Their consciousness is 3D (3), they’re living an instinctual life (.1), but with a new realization of the self as an individual.
