Nothing silly about that if you don't do it every day.
First copy & paste or type your self-created title, then mark the line with your mouse or touchpad, then click on the chain link symbol right above the editing window, and paste in the url of the page you want to link to. The rest does the system for you (sounds more complicated than it is). 
But a simple link is just as fine. Will check out that documentary and share the article now - sounds lovely. Thank you!
