How to break a spiritual contract made discarnately? (if possible)

I believe I incarnated simply to continuously soak up the bad karma our mutual slaves on battlefield Earth continue to create. It would be difficult to describe how I feel, beyond being an immovable will with an irresistible urge to commit suicide.

But I'm reaching my breaking point and then I would simply be dead. Being a wanderer alone is enough to lighten the Earth's load, however.

I feel as though I must break my karma contracts I suspect I made or commit suicide. Is there any advice that I may receive?

I've been through such psychic attacks that the particular tone/taste/type of my suffering at times became ineffable--simply unable to be put into words. But it's not the intensity of the suffering that's getting to me, friends, it's the duration. I've suffered enough. Can anyone help me suffer less so that I may continue living in order to aid humanity merely with my presence as a Wanderer? I am asking completely without faith.
