Earth is indeed fourth density vibration.

I assume only 4D dual-bodied people can make their 4D body active.
Is there a way they can make it even more active with Earth's vibration?

How can one "see" more in 4D? I'm told some can do that.

I very much think it is a feature of the spirit than body or mind. This would mean that the entity wouldnt need a 4d body for the visual aid.
