The great hurdle to progress.. one Ra talks about   learn to love your self first!   Or ancient greece the inscription for the oracle "love thyself".    Its easy to want to work on love, the excitement of it.. so much passion and everything that comes with it.. but when you have blockages about loving your own self or other selfs or love in groups can heavily distort the unconditional love of good old green ray    This is particularly evident in communication, hopefully not much in my case
