Not important. You need attachment to see something as important, so if you release all attachment there is then no notion of importance left.
You do not need to release anything. There is no such thing as being held back. We stay because there are things left to explore. Those are the things we are attached to.
At the same time we don’t need attachments to see things as important.
One can be detached but still enjoy something and value it when it comes. It just means we will accept when that thing also leaves.
I am not there but as I get closer I really do lose my attachments.
One by one they fall off as we step towards unity. I still have a few attachments and I understand this is why I will return to incarnate and experience them till they too fall off and I return to the one.
So do they hold us back? Do we have to release them? No
But we move on from these attachments to a new experience once they are released. It’s not a cause but a coralation. All things in its time.
Nothing to worry about as you said. Just a path.
