Every time you see something you don't want, bless it, every time you feel awful bless it, every time you see the face of fear and misunderstanding bless it.

Creation is separation, there is no creation without it.
From "nothing" or infinity, Awareness knows itself as awareness in complete unity and this would be all there was had it not focused itself in another reflection of "I am", this is how the hall of infinite mirrors starts and is the base of negativity and the base of positivity.

Positivity sees itself in the hall of mirrors and accepts it in it's return to pure "I am"
Negativity goes the other way since apparently everything is diversity and it's the base of the movement, it goes trough that to the connection it sees as "I am "

But once you are " I am " you again see all your infinite reflections...

And the circle is complete.

And from the " I am " to awareness as itself, as pure awareness of being.

So bless the separation, without it, what you call you would not exist. There would be no experience besides awareness as itself.
