the purpose of deliberately leaking your own secret operations for the deep state to discover to the very people you're keeping it secret from.

Kinda ruins the whole point of keeping it "secret"

just my guess: the alliance need to give certain information to general public, even if that means enemy will know at the same time.

I think this is related with "creator consciousness", someone call it magic, manifestation etc. I think LOO call it "disciplines of the whie magician"

only if alliance put message to people's (sub)consciousness, enough people(group consciousness) begin to aware it, then it can manifest. otherwise, if they manifest directly, it will violate people's free will.

the tricky part is it doesn't matter general public accept it or reject it, as long as they are aware of it, then it can be manifested. (i don't know the details, for those masters in white or black magic, they will know)

a good example is deep state/illuminati/cabal put all their message(e.g, reduce earth population by 90%)  to movies, songs, although not obvious, but with a little analysis, it can be easily found out. that is, cabal(black magic) also follow the same rule to manifest.
