Mhm, I've read to take them every day up until a certain point when your D3 level maintains and doesn't drop off. Get sun exposure during the summer, then resume taking them over the winter.
I'm waiting to purchase some though. I'm starting to take bee pollen and I want to see the improvements in my energy levels from that before I start using D3. Bee pollen is another highly recommended supplement.
