I don't see there being any great revelations in the SOTU. I think Trump will just be positive and forward looking, but probably with an ultimatum for democrats. It's really quite a funny s&%tshow at this point. Pelosi can't bend on the Wall because she is paid by the Mexican trafficking cartels - that's why Trump wanted her as speaker - she's screwed. The Great Revealing is under way.
Trump must have known that abortion law was coming - that really shows that the democrats are serving the Orion Group, so Trump delayed in part because of that.
I wouldn't look at Xi Jinping as someone who is working for mankind. China is attempting to exert complete control over its people - just look at censorship and surveillance there. Xi is stuck though - he wants to make a deal with the winning side so he can remain in power. That's why the trade deal will be completed at the end of this month - so he gets confirmation that Trump is the winning side. And then all the prior treasonous deals between China and Democrats will come out. There's a lot of hype out there about positive things that China is doing - don't believe it - they are not, they are being forced.
National emergencies are declared frequently by presidents. The only notable thing about this one will probably be a suspension of Posse Comitatus for certain important activities. "The Wall" is a diversion - Trump can build it any time he wants to - it's in the statutes (US Code).
I don't know if I would quote dates only because we don't know the plan. Trump did say purposefully that "The stage is set" though - that would indicate we are really close. But does Trump need the element of surprise related to timing of the executive order? We don't know. But this month seems like it should be quite a show.
