Sounds like all you guys are so lonely , I am really sad about it. Just go get friends, if you can't find anybody, do something good for your soul and depression - like donate stuff, help homeless or children, volunteer etc. So that you can overcome this outflow of energy that happens when you are lonely and depressed.
