Volunteering, creating beautiful things (paintings, stories, music, painting a room, making an altar, knitting, and so on), walking in nature and interacting with the flora and fauna, the sun, rain, snow, and breathing outdoor air. It's also really important to get physical exercise.
Yeah, I'm trying to do some stuff along those lines.
I am learning to play guitar, slowly. I go on meditation walks for a total of 2 hours, and I do healing codes. This is about all I can manage in a day so far. I'm taking it slow. My therapist says as little as I feel I'm doing now, he guarantees it would be a lot worse for me if I wasn't doing it.
I know pain is part of being here in the 3D, but when it feels like it's nothing but pain, there's a problem, which I'm working on. I feel terrible most days though. I just remind myself that I'm processing these emotions and that once they're processed they'll be healed. It makes them easier to handle.
