New & Need Advice - Awakening and Physical Health?

Greetings everyone!

I'm new here, found and read the Ra material and any LOO related documents about a month ago. I'm sure there are many here that can relate when I say that it's the only spiritual material I've ever read that really resonated me. Since then I've understood enough of the material and concepts to really attempt to incorporate them into my daily life.

I've been meditating daily, doing some Tibetan yoga, lots of contemplation in the attempt to balance my chakras etc. I've noticed that about 2 weeks ago I was making, (what I felt like) huge progress regarding my spirituality.

That being said, I've also noticed that since then I've run into some issues regarding my physical health. I've basically been ill with constant fatigue, poor sleep quality, fever, sore throat, runny nose, difficulty concentrating, etc. Now I have ADHD, so I've always had difficulty with concentration. I've been taking medication for about 2 years now, which has increased my quality of life tremendously. Still though, in the last 2 weeks I've noticed that my concentration ability has markedly decreased, and the meds aren't working like they have been. All these issues are making it quite difficult to incorporate the LOO consistently, especially in regards to my motivation, anxiety levels, and my ability to feel love towards others, which I believe is one of my biggest issues in the first place.

Just wondering if anyone has had similar issues themselves and could offer any advice. I don't want to jump to the conclusion that it's some sort of psychic greeting, because I don't want to shift responsibility away from myself in terms of balance and personal development. It feels to me like all these issues popping up at the same time as my spiritual "awakening" have been extremely coincidental. Is it just the selfish part of me rebelling in embracing oneness?

Are you studying anything else other than the LOO type stuff? I ask because it seems that people who delve in the dark side of occult magic, they seem to physically and mentally destroy themselves. People doing things they do not yet fully understand I guess, etc. You seemed to think your practices are causing ill health is why I wondered.

No dark stuff for me, 100 percent LOO and similar material. Anything else that I come across that I get a negative feeling from, is prophesying doom, or just doesn't resonate with me I ignore. Wouldn't even know where to begin with any type of occult magic let alone dark stuff.
