I just wanted to offer some perspective. I’ve been meditating for years and I still have sessions where my mind won’t stay still for a single moment. Worry less about achieving, because simply by sitting and meditating, no matter how little or how much you’re able to concentrate, you’re improving. Sometimes the mind has to work something out and your meditation session is when it finds the time to do it. Don’t focus on the frustration of a tough session, instead focus on whatever felt positive in it.
