Still I maintain fitness and muscle tone I shouldn't considering my lack of effort. I shouldn't have a 4 pack at my current body fat percent or level of effort, which is nil.
As to bigger/stronger the side of my family the AB negative blood comes from all look like Schwarzenegger lite.
No roids just genetics but very easily build muscle. I am only half so not as easily muscled up but there is definitely a predisposition to athleticism and strength. I visited with my aunts on that side now in their 60s and 70s and they are fitter and stronger than most 20 year olds. So it is possible there is a link to the bigger stronger thing with Rh- or it could just be a coincidence.
Likewise. I am weaker now due to the amount of time I have had juvenile arthritis. I am still determined to help troubled horses. My will is stronger than my body now.
Diane, are you an empath?
I find it fascinating that you both are AB RH neg. There has to be a correlation between that and Wanderers IMO.
