TBH I find it difficult though. For one, I typically do it lying down and this causes me to star nodding off at points, but also, I just find it hard to "let myself feel more and more love" when he gets to that part. MY heart chakra does not open even when I try to open it. My lower chakras are too f***** up, I guess. Hopefully, I'll be able to heal and clear my lower chakras enough to get to that point sooner rather than later. Doing what I can to heal. I'll see if 21 days of this meditation (if it can really be called that. I dunno) helps me very much.
Others on this site feel free to give this 21 day meditation a try and you tell me how it works out for ya. I'm trying it myself and if it works wonders on me, best bet I'll be making a post singing it's praises.

I picked up a little trick to "feel more and more love" during my meditation practice. My trick is to focus my awareness on my tear ducts (the corners of my eyes closest to the nose) and think of people that makes me want to give a hug to (basically trying to make myself tear up a bit). Once I feel a sensation at my tear ducts (no tears necessarily), I would at the same time focus on my heart chakra. Most of the time I would feel a burst of sensation from my heart chakra and then it will become easier to use awareness to resonate with that sensation to feel more love towards myself or others. This method is basically using focused awareness to stimulate physical parts of the body to induce an emotion. I hope this helps.
