In the Ra material it says that we are under quarantine and that they can't appear unless the Call from our planet is great enough. I would encourage people to look though the illusions and distortions of powerlessness associated waiting to be told what we already know from inside of ourselves. If you want to connect with the rest of the universe, start seeking, start calling and spiritual / ET experiences will come to you. They may not be 'official' and you may not be able to share them with everybody, but they will come to you.
