In my experience, the s.c. "real" or "physical" is becoming more and more translucent and unreal, not the other way around. And that is how I see it: the mind/body complex and it's "senses" are more instruments of projection (of a dream) and less of perception. The 3rd density experience is less "real" than anyone of a higher frequency.
So, no, I never have any wish to condense/slow down phenomena of higher densities which are much closer to my true nature to the heavy and unnatural illusory level of the 3rd density. Honestly, I can't remember any more how exactly it felt to believe that the 3D dream was real.
