Ahktu, Thank you for your reply. I had experienced bouts of mental and physical exhaustion before but now it is mostly physical. I tried an exercise program of sit-ups, push-ups and riding my bike on a bike trainer. That lasted about one week and I just became too exhausted. I don't have any health issues that I'm aware of. I'll heed Q'uo's message to you and conserve my energy. I've also been craving sweets to boost my energy but I know that it is not such a good idea.

I too am confused as to how to best spend my time. Since we carry the skills we develop here with us, is it a waste of precious time to focus on 3-D skills like cooking and gardening if we have high hopes of going to 4-D? Or is better to spend as much time as possible learning how to raise our vibration and spend our free time along those lines?

I am going to a private trance channeling next Thurs with David Brian Berry. We are permitted to ask three or four questions. The feedback from those who have gone has been very positive. One lady said that the answers are lengthy and detailed with Edgar Cayce type remedies to physical issues.

I am formulating my questions now but will probably inquire as to what I can do to optimize my physical, mental, emotion and spiritual health and well being. I'll post any information that may be relevant here.

    Thank you for sharing, Ahktu.
