I disagree. Like Joseph said, the law of confusion is for higher density beings who don't have the veil in place. I don't see how its possible for a human to infringe another humans free will just from saying something, its not possible for us to "know" anything for sure other than the fact that something exists. Even if I was 100% sure person X had their 6th chakra unblocked I could be wrong, or I could be right, it wouldn't matter, we don't know anything for sure other than the fact that something exists (my spin on solipsism, we don't even know that "I" exists, we just know that something exists).
Now that is a very good question that I've also been wondering about. To what point is one single human free to share the information with others without infringing upon the Free Will and/or Law of Confusion? I think that we as humans are free to tell whatever we want to tell to each other as long we are not demonstrating any superhuman abilities. Furthermore I think that we as human race would be enormously benefited if we would stop keeping secrets from each other and started to share. The progress would be much faster for all of us.
In short, if a human would share something with you, you would probably still use your judgement, and either resonate with that given information or not. It is harder to make that judgement regarding the 6D entity information and therefore there are some questions that Ra did not answer.
