That's a wonderfully beautiful quote, Infinite. I thank you very much for bringing it forward.
To move into the depth of the poetry therein, I think we need to view the entire paragraph.
Ra 1.0 Wrote:Let us for a moment consider thought. What is it, my friends, to take thought? Took you then thought today? What thoughts did you think today? What thoughts were part of the original thought today? In how many of your thoughts did the creation abide? Was love contained? And was service freely given? You are not part of a material universe. You are part of a thought. You are dancing in a ballroom in which there is no material. You are dancing thoughts. You move your body, your mind, and your spirit in somewhat eccentric patterns for you have not completely grasped the concept that you are part of the original thought.
Were your thoughts of the Original Thought today? Were you immersed in love, freely given and freely received?
Of course one could also ask, were you a selfish jerk today? Did you have a sarcastic word for everyone today?
The difference between these two, as I see it, is this: Were you dancing in your deep heart's core today and twirling in the love within and without, or were you primarily driven by your needs and fears concerning survival, social relations, etc.? Did you respond to the world from the vivacious vibration of your heart or from your insecurities?
I would suppose that the more one can center oneself around one's own inner feeling of Divinity, the less eccentric one's patterns will become and the more freely one can "dance," not on the material surface of one's incarnation, but in any which way that love vibrates.
