Yeah, I'm still on psych meds.
I missed 3 days because I'm trying to ration to next month.
After doing an intense clearing statement with the Intention Repeater
for over an hour and falling asleep to that, it felt like I was
spinning into disorientation.
Got up and took my meds again.
Not going to do an hour of intense clearing again like that.
My shaman teacher says it's because it was Easter and the energies were very intense.
