Anyone interested in Dr. Steven Greer's work already knows this movie and concept, so here's the place to discuss it! For those interested in the UFO phenomenon, ET contact, and related subjects, I would highly recommend checking out DR. Steven Greer's work, most importantly the movie "Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind: Contact Has Begun". If you cannot get/purchase the movie for some reason, it would be worth at least doing a search on "CE5".
Simply put, a close encounter of the fifth kind is human initiated contact with ET civilizations, especially that outside of the framework of any formal disclosure or any involvement with any government, military, corporate, or any other type of earthly "authority". Yes, you heard that right. The time has come where ET civilizations are making direct contact with individuals and small groups who so desire, and make the calling, so to speak. This is not dependent on any "official" disclosure, or change in world government or affairs. They are not waiting for that day, humanity has made the call, and it is time to answer. Those in power who are not willing to let go of the old systems and embrace contact and freedom, and those who are of the general population who wish to cling to old beliefs and would be disturbed too greatly, will have more time to live in their bubbles with their free will being respected. Those who wish to make contact will also have our free will respected.
For me, personally, I had to let go of some biases, resentments, and feelings of abandonment, and the usual fears that accompany the concept of contact. The movie was a good eye opener to help me make that push, a push towards unencumbered, simple innocence, wonder, and openness that a child would have. This is the state I would recommend if anyone wants to do CE5 work. That being said, nobody is requiring that you be perfect, completely undistorted, or a spiritual adept in order to have contact. You can have all the human distortions you want, but you must be honest about them, and willing to put them aside and at least be open to making a space for the contact.
Some here may have a bias that finds anything UFO or ET related to be "transient" or unimportant to spiritual progress. If it's unimportant to YOUR own progress, cool, nobody's telling you to do it or care about it, but for those who do have the desire, it is a path to learning and expansion and greater connectedness with all that is, if that is what you desire for it to be, and if it is of your highest excitement. It is also a service to humanity, when we are all subconsciously linked by morphic fields and that interconnectedness grows stronger yet in our 4d shift. Making the contact brings new energies and more connectedness not only into an individual, but it brings those things into the collective morphic field and opens those pathways for all of humanity. It has one of those(*brainfart*)...what's the word...exponential(?) effects, where it only takes a small percentage of humanity doing this to have a large impact.
