We exist in an octave of experience, which contains 7 densities. Ra is a Social Memory Complex of the 6th density, therefore their knowledge of anything beyond the 6th density is limited, just like our understanding of 4th density is limited.
I recommend going to the Law of One website (https://www.lawofone.info/) and using the search bar to search for things such as "octave" "previous octave" "densities" etc to gain some sort of understanding of the things you're asking about.
