Intellectual can be much easier as more noise is made.. feelings can be oh so subtle and theres feelings beneath those feelings..an so on "We can only encourage you to persist in paying attention to your feelings." as thats where the true silence lies. Suddenly all the clouds dissipate and the secret island appears
