There was one time that Ra or Q'uo said that negative beings will overstimulate your heart chakra and block your 3rd eye
to make you feel immense love but not know what's going on. This stupid thing has poisoned my mind in a way.
I have a fifth density lover Rufus. I have infinite love for him. I feel him palpably, strongly. He hugs me with my own hands
