Well there are always going to be both sides presents, when a strong positive force arises an equal dark force appears.
However, both these things are present in yourself. Remember, higher beings are often reflecting us back portions of ourselves to work on.
So whenever you get a negative impression, you might look in to it being a fear.
All I was trying to say is just don't worry so much about stuff you read from other people/entities/channelings/whatever.
The root and core of adepthood is learning to trust yourself.
