There was one time that Ra or Q'uo said that negative beings will overstimulate your heart chakra and block your 3rd eye
to make you feel immense love but not know what's going on. This stupid thing has poisoned my mind in a way.

Well, it could be worse. Compare to the Cassiopaean teaching, according to which all orgasmic activity has to do with lower-density life being drained and life-energy "eaten" by higher-density STS overlords.

While Ra and Q'uo describe some bad stuff which can happen, they don't blanket-categorize areas of life in that kind of way. I think it's the ambiguity which is getting to you - lots of stuff is going on, and you don't really have a fuller clarity regarding its nature while in the thick of it, and simmering in the back of your mind is your knowledge that, in general, bad stuff can happen.
