I have a few Crystal's however they do not work properly and I usually just get hurt by them

By "get hurt" do you mean physical pain? If so, I would say continue with them and over time you may see an improvement in other aspects of your life. In the last month I have felt bodily pain after a deep meditation or prayer and I've been told that this is a sign that the body is being cleansed of negative energy.

Yes physical pain, I'm trying to look for the perfect and right crystal for me, I'm trying to advance with them but it doesn't seem to be working

I wish you well. Spiritual work takes time to work because- in my experience- one has to be ready to recieve the information that the Creator is sending. In my opinion, if you keep working towards finding the right stone you will get there.
