What I believe is that right now, this planet might be the worse case.  Maybe not in the Multiverse, but perhaps in this Universe.

BUT once it's fixed here, there will be a next worst place that needs fixing and so on.  So we are not special in that sense, but the focus is here for now.  Then after that, the confederation will go help the next worst place.  And they all receive help at the same time of course because there is no time.

My favorite Q'uo quote is the one where they say that we are not here to fix it.

Regarding the confederation, the material says this confederation is one of many and that this one is only concerned with the calling of 7 galaxies. I could agree with the idea that we could be the "worse" at this particular nexus among these select 7 galaxies, but even then I would not be so sure about that personally.

16.33 Questioner: With such a large number of planets in this galaxy, I was wondering if— you say there are approximately five hundred Confederation planets. That seems to me to be a relatively small percentage of the total number of fourth- and fifth-density planets around. Is there any reason for this relatively small percentage in this Confederation?

Ra: I am Ra. There are many Confederations. This Confederation works with the planetary spheres of seven of your galaxies, if you will, and is responsible for the callings of the densities of these galaxies.
