Reconciling Ra and 9th Dimensional Pleiadian Collective

For starters, what would a 9th dimensional entity be in LOO terms, if anything?

In my opinion, one of the greatest qualities of LOO is its internal consistency. Therefore, I particularly follow Ra's definitions of dimensions. That is, within a density there are infinite dimensions that vibrate at 7 basic levels (which represent the 7 rays). When someone speaks of the ninth, tenth dimension, it may be referring to one of the infinite levels of the third density or even to levels of other densities.
