Especially interesting were the time slips that some experience in Liverpool. I heard a similar story years ago of a man who was travelling thru a coastal town and in a public restroom (of all places a restroom lol) he was suddenly taken back like 100 or 200 years ago and saw people wearing old fashioned clothes walking in the streets going about their business. (of course it was not a toilet back then)
Maybe the fabric of time is thinner in some places than others.

Space-time appears to be the grand laboratory for the unfolding of the mysteries, miseries and magnificence of existence. To be honest,  I at times feel like being inside a vivarium, with greater beings looking down upon as a form of experiment!
