I noticed these specks of light too quite a while ago. If you watch closely some are stationary, others jump around a little, and still others go in circles. They are all specks of white light. If you really want to get blown away look for them on a foggy morning. The best way to see them is to look at a distance into the sky, then while still looking far away, focus near and wait a few seconds. They'll start to appear. The longer you stay that way the more you will see. After a while it begins to look like a stary night. I've always thought they were spirits/souls in their natural state in between incarnations. The sparks of life.
Have not experienced the appearing and disappearing of things. Think you might be shifting between timelines or present and future. Quite fascinating.
