I think it's not possible to completely avoid infringement of free will, I like to think there are certain levels of infringements, for example. when you eat plant you infringed it's free will. a mother is infringing the free will of the child by telling the child not to use the stairs alone or to eat certain food, these things are sometimes necessary and what matters is the scale of infringement I think. the bigger consequence of your actions are, the more you are responsible of the results.
