i saw that this thread was started on the topic of b12 so i thought i'd share what i've learned about it. anthony williams shared in one of his recent livestreams that the b12 in animals isn't usable by us. it doesn't "code over", it's meant for the animal's nervous system, not ours.
his article on b12 says, "Nearly everyone is deficient in vitamin B12 today. whether you're vegan or not, it's recommended to supplement with a b12 that has a blend of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to get their elevated biotics to help produce your own b12. the two b12 supplements i know of that have this blend and don't have toxic additives (e.g. alcohol, citric acid) are from vimergy and global healing center
