It’s been 5 years and I still can’t seem to shake the pull of the body-mind and all the kind of s*** that goes with that. I literally have had every tool given to me but I’ll practice for like 2 days and then drop off again, and repeat. There’s more stuff I want to say but where to even begin lol
How do you unfuck the lower chakras when you’re just so paralysed by them that you can barely even muster up the will to do anything?
I did the chakra survey thing, I’d say it was probably fairly accurate for the lower chakras but the upper ones are probably a bit skewed
