For me, my "star team", likes to send me messages through songs.

Here is an example: I had a nightmare from my childhood of a dark "demon" staring at me from the corner of my bedroom. As soon as I saw it, it ran at me and jumped into my body, then i woke up. I have another memory of a terrifying nightmare of a helicopter shining a bright spotlight on me in a field and I can't move.

I was pondering those dreams this past week and suddenly the REM song "That's Me in the Corner" came into my head. Essentially the lyric "That's me in the corner / that's me in the spotlight losing my religion..."

They are me. Because they are my higher self.

I felt I had to convey that incase you receive any song or music lyrics.
