I read that stuff on Mt Shasta before.  I find it interesting.  I've always wondered if those inner cities are in a somewhat different dimension or literally right there in our same collective reality ?  It's not clear in the Ra material.  The inner world is also often interchangeably referred to as our inner planes, which I think are not actually in our very same physical collective reality.

Higher density looks incomprehensible or even invisible to lower densities. This can be noticed when certain groups of people vibrate at a higher enough frequency, that low frequency humans don't pay them any attention in terms of crime or other things. Cause they don't see anything there. A violet cloak.

I think they are in a sub octave density. For example, assuming we are both 4th density civilizations, Telos would be obviously far in advance of us in the mid or late 4th density. That would be something like 4.4 or 4.6 to humanity's 4.3 or 4.2 density experience.

However, Telos has not entirely integrated or resolved the fear block. So they are bottlenecked at the root chakra or the sacral, or were until they came back into contact with the Ra collective "Blue Avians Sphere Alliance". Telos is always under the threat of other Agarthan entities and of the surface humans locking unto them. They deal with this threat to their existence and survival in a 4th density fashion, but it is not open and transparent like the 5th chakra, so it is blocked or hidden.

Thus even if they were at 4.6, to advance they need to reach 4.6.6 and they can't reach 4.6.5

If they were not worried about surface humans dragging them down, we could all progress together quickly.

Out of all the Agarthan societies, Telos seems to be the most open.
