I wouldn't worry, I feel 'Project Bluebeam' is one of those psyops designed to (try and) make people in the disclosure/awakened circles paranoid about contact, or to interfere with possible positive contacts (which people are getting individually en mass) by creating a bias. If large scale 'negative' contact were to occur, this opens up large scale 'positive' contact. I feel the intuition on discerning which is which would be obvious. And the notion of 'fleeing' seems silly, they either require your permission or they don't, but how exactly do you run from such a thing? You most likely couldn't evade police (or the tax man) if you wanted to.
