I see no contradiction here. It could well be those of Ra refer to levitating the stones via sound technology as mentioned in Farsight Institute video.

I only remembered that Ra stated the pyramids were a little like a piano, that is out of tune and plays the melody poorly.... again referring to resonance and frequency.
