Basically, for background information, I started to explore spirituality at the age of 13, around 3 years ago. I was very interested in advanced systems of spirituality, and I tried to advance my upper 3 chakras. I ignored the bottom 3 chakras, this made the bottom 3 very imbalanced and would often make me feel sad and exhausted, eventually I developed an addiction to masturbation and a negative sexual energy
(probably due to imbalanced 1st and 2nd chakras), which was in excess. This caused my spiritual burnout and eventually at the age of 14 I left spirituality and started again at the age of 15. Now I wish to balance my lower 3 chakras before moving onto anything advanced.
Where ever I try to search for methods of balancing the lower chakras, I get esoteric information which I do not really understand. I would really appreciate if you could advice me on simple things I can apply to my life which will help balance the 3 physical chakras.
