As of April 12th Mr Phillips consciousness has assumed another avatar in a planet within galaxy coded MACS064.

If it's true well I'm glad for Mr Phillips, he at least is not stuck in the astral plane and move on quite quickly and painlessly to assume another avatar in a galaxy far far away. Ready to learn yet another new lesson in this universal game of contrasting polarity. He is then qualified to be called as a 'wanderer' in this planet within MACS064 galaxy?

And usually one would wander to the same galaxy, because remote galaxies Ra has
said something they confound the intellect.

Ra: I am Ra. There are entities of Ra which have served as far Wanderers to those of another Logos. The experience has been one which staggers the intellectual and intuitive capacities, for each Logos sets up an experiment enough at variance from all others that the subtleties of the archetypical mind of another Logos are most murky to the resonating mind, body, and spirit complexes of this Logos.

Usually perhaps, but not always, as when one's consciousness is outside of the physical body, distance is not a hindrance at all. The identity of Mr Phillips apparently found that out once his physical body went dysfunctional. He can fly out anywhere, teleporting to any places that he wishes in an instant, and that include 'black hole'.

Like the other incarnates of this cycle, they came from elsewhere. However, these particular entities were largely drawn from a second-density planet which had some difficulty, due to the age of its sun, in achieving third-density life conditions. This planet was from the galaxy Deneb.

Yet "getting out of the body" does not mandate one physical body to be dead.

One can also do it when the physical body is still functional, this activity or phenomenon is dubbed as "Out Of Body Experience" (OBE) and/or "Astral Projection" (AP).

The event of "Physical Death" is a form of OBE / AP, the only difference is the 'identity construct' (The Prana Maya Kosha / Astral Body / Energy Body) will not return back to the physical body, while in OBE/AP the partial construct of Prana Maya Kosha / Astral Body / Energy Body will return back to the body.

Once in OBE/AP state one will experience that distance / space does not really matter, another star / planet / galaxy or even black hole can be reached in an instant. And actually time context doesn't matter either, travelling back to history or forward into (potential / alternative) future time context is also possible. As even teleporting to far weirder "universe" (a totally different space and time context) is also possible.

Thus it's possible that the consciousness of "Mr Phillips" did entered a black hole, only to find out that he's not being 'destroyed' by it.

A black hole is "black" because it absorbs every-things and not reflecting back or sending out any-thing. With the exception of radiation.
There's nothing 'sinister' or 'evil' about 'black hole'.

Try it... and one will find that behind a 'black hole' there is actually a very very intensely bright white light!

But you're right about "confound the intellect" as when one's is in OBE/AP or "Physical Death" they don't bring along the capabilities provided by "Physical Brain" with them.
