Instead of How are you or hows the weather ? Be phrased oh hows the catalyst today, oh really its been tough so meditating much? Or lets have quick meditation now then 

You do realize that as long as you accept as the truth that what you're describing is impossible you can't experience it?

E.g., since I started questioning that belief those conversations are happening in my experience more and more frequently. It really can be that simple.
