That sounds (pun unintended) like low tech. Like third density technology. Ra used 6th density technology and used thought. It may sound incredible that thought can manifest physical objects but I believe it's just because third density reality is so incredibly limited.

I think the term thought or thought-forms are taken a little to literal. Used 6th density technology? Technology is relative right. At the time of Atlantis, technology, in terms of end goal, was on par with now. except the evolutionary probability branch went down a different path.

Low tech? that is also relative based on our current understanding that went through this probability branch. you cant make that distinction.

Providing the know-how to a 3rd density being, i.e the technology was 'channelled' through a 3rd density being. It was translated. The human vehicle is a complete canvas and is able to adapt and do anything depending on the constructs of reality it is born into <- which becomes the limiting factor or boundaries of our reach.
Being able to rearrange atomic structure could be a 6th density technology (i doubt it, because 'technology' at that level isnt what we would call technology) transmuted via a channel that filtered down/collapsed into concepts that could be used by a 3rd density vehicle that has YET to journey through Time to acquire this information via the virtue of free will (figuring it out entirely on by ourselves).
